The apartments overall are great(inside). But the parking in the back is ridiculous. And everyone who lives here has parking stickers but yet you cannot find a parking in front of your unit at all, There's either too many cars unauthorised to be on premises or not enough parking spaces for the number of units they have here at the Venue of Greenville! They have tow trucks that are supposed to be checking vehicles, I've seen them 3x since I moved in in May 2018...Adding real photos of their laundry facility and \picnic area\ .

Very nice place to live. Office staff is very good and works with you with any issue and prompt. Just renewed lease. Very clean inside and out. Keep property very well kept and great location. Cindy is a very cool and proffesional. From first day i met her and still a great person to deal with. The whole Staff is very accommodating. That is why i have renewed my lease. Great location too. Highly recommended
Cindy was literally the best!!!! Super nice and kind !!!! Respectful and accommodating. I had no problems here. Maintenance was quick and responsive. Plus the apartment was Super Affordable I would recommend anyone to live here!!! There was nothing to complain about thought my whole year and a half stay here.
The process getting it was very simple (Cindy is the best). However; the apartments are OLD so do NOT move on the 3rd floor. A/C went out, BAD pest problems (Roaches, Wasps, Ants, & Huge animals fighting EVERY night in the wall, my family could hardly rest. The office works with you so thats a plus.. maintenance isn't the best but they try. My boyfriends car and mine was broken into.
We just move in and find some bedbugs all over the apartment really bad sperience on This place. Everything was old and on bad conditions, blind, doors, Windows, Kirchen apliances and restroom,plus really dirty every where...
