So far I've been living here for a few months and I love my experience! The maintenance staff has been very quick on answering requests and the staff at the front office are so kind! Brandon the property manager was a huge reason on why I decided to sign my lease. I have a pet and the community is very pet friendly and walkable. Safety was a big reason for my moving and this community feels extremely safe. Definitely recommend living here!

Beautiful apartments in a dynamite location. Great walkability. It has a beautiful grand lobby and there are always lots of people. If you have a dog, the dog park is enormous and it is a lot of fun for dogs and their owners alike. The apartments are amazingly soundproof. I hardly ever hear noise from my neighbors. I love the apartments and their location.
Living at Arpeggio has been a phenomenal experience. Not only is the apartment complex beautiful with great amenities and is located in a prime area, but you can't beat the customer service! Any issue I have encountered thus far, management has been easy to work with and QUICK to resolve the issue. If I submit a service request in the morning, 9/10 times the request will be resolved the same day! Jorge, which has helped me through all my past maintenance requests is incredibly FAST, knowledgeable, and beyond professional (Thanks again Jorge!). Absolutely amazing. Arpeggio, Jorge, management/staff, have all contributed to truly making my home feel comfortable, safe, and ultimately stress-free. This is definitely a place that prioritizes their residents and making it a great place to call home!
I have repeatedly tried to contact management to remove someone from my lease. I have emailed multiple times over the last few months and when I called, someone said they would reach out to me. Weeks later and still nothing. It’s impossible to get ahold of the management here to make any changes. Additionally, the apartment next to me has a dog that barks so loudly at all hours of the night/day. I would love for management to give them a notice, however, I can’t reach them.
Car got broken into while parked in the parking garage and the apartment couldn’t do anything about it. No security cameras on the levels, just on the entrance so they had no footage. Just a huge hassle getting it replaced and going through insurance because of the bad security in the apartment garage.
