Love this property staff and management very well trained. Most negative reviews come from people who never lived here or just want something negative to say! I highly encourage to come visit not only it’s spacious but they are well kept under new management nothing can go wrong.

The apartments are clean and tastefully done, the grounds are well kept and managed, and everyone is quiet and polite. Most importantly, management is very knowledgeable and professional. Ms. Caroline in the leasing center answered all my questions and referred me to the correct resources when appropriate. I’m only a few months into my lease but I’m certain when it’s up, I’ll renew, I absolutely love it here!

I am a previous tenant of The Townes and I was a resident for 18 months. All of our service requests were resolved in a timely manner and any time I had a question, request, or concern - Pedro, the property manager, was always prompt to respond. We never had any sort of pest issue nor did we have any issues with neighbors or noise. The townhouse is spacious, with updated finishes providing a very modern and contemporary look. Pedro, did a phenomenal job with managing residents and the community during a very difficult time for most (2020, COVID 19) and kept the community well kept and informed. Because of COVID, my household decided to move forward with purchasing a home, and Pedro again went above and beyond to work with us and our moving time frame to provide all assistance possible to make the transition as seamless as possible. As a fellow property manager, it is refreshing to have a property manager present who cares about the well being of the community, residents and their comfort. If we did not move forward with buying, we would have renewed, and as a property manager anyone that is looking in the Herndon VA area I would recommend to the Townes. Thank you The Townes staff, engineers, and specifically Pedro for making this difficult chapter in our lives as pleasant as possible. Your effort and actions speaks volumes of not just the business but you as an individual as well!
