I've been living in this complex for years and with new owners comes new staff , which is always a drag but this term they have finally got a good one. His name was Preston he was more than helpful , very friendly , knowledgeable and extremely polite to me after the stressful day I had. Preston is the breathe of fresh air this community needs. If you're thinking about leasing make sure you ask to speak to Preston and dont take no for an answer.

They will lie to you about what they are charging you. They add an increase to your rent every month for how much AC was used by the entire apartment complex. Virtually double charging you for the AC because they tell you that your not paying for it through your SRP. Yet there is a clear difference in Energy usage from when you run your AC when you don't. Their staff is not knowledgeable when it comes to confronting them about what was stated inside of the contract. I was quoted a price of 1210 per month in rent, That was with water sewer and trash. Now my rent fluctuates anywhere between 1323 and 1420. Since I moved in in September I've had numerous issues with my water working, lament pealing up off of my kitchen, cracks in my bathtub, and mold growing inside my toilet that no matter how much i clean KEEPS COMING BACK. Currently thinking about posting a petition near my mail boxes to get this issue rectified.
If you like to walk a mile to your car/apt everyday then sure this is the place for you! This parking lot is used more like a junkyard (several cars not moving for MONTHS and the office doesn’t even care), and also don’t feel safe around here at all! People vandalized the laundry room on a monthly basis, witnessed a drunk tenant punch the drywall(still no cameras there), neighbors being loud and to top it off, the second month living here gunshots on the next building. Every time i talked to the office i feel ignored so, no renewal of my lease here.
Don’t live here!!! I’ve been here for almost a year and it’s manifested with ROACHES! In my refrigerator and microwave now it’s in between my dishes and somehow made it way to the bedroom. And in my closet with my clothes. And plus The pest control does nothing. I wouldn’t waste a grand a month to be living with roaches I can wait until my lease it up.
This place is AWESOME!! I toured the property with TAYLOR. He is extremely kind and helpful. He is also professional and knowledgeable. All of the negative reviews should be discarded because of the new management and the amazing upgrades!!! If I could give it more stars I most definitely would!
