We truly loved living at the Coldwater. The apartments themselves are super nice, quiet, and well-updated. The rooftop is incredible and the proximity to downtown can't be beat. The staff at the Coldwater really take the complex to the next level — Rosie, Daniel, Shelby, and the amazing maintenance crew took such good care of us and are easily the greatest apartment staff I've ever encountered. If we weren't buying a house, we'd have never left! Of the four buildings in Austin I've lived in, Coldwater was by far the best! Zero complaints whatsoever.

One, if not the best apartment complex I've ever atayed at. Fantastic place, great reception, pool, excersise room and of coarse the room top deck complete with gas bbq. Staff at reception are excellent, would have stayed if I could have afforded a bigger room. Allocated parking and easy access to downtown. Great walking distance to Barton springs pool and park area.
I work for a corporate housing company that has leased multiple apartments with Coldwater - the experience has been excellent, but most especially the stellar service by Shelby. We aren't local to Austin and every once in a while we've need a little extra help. Shelby has been willing to step in and help. We always know when we lease at a Greystar property that we're going to get professional service, but the entire staff has been warm, friendly and so very helpful. Kudos to Shelby for her over the top service.
Coldwater is one of the best places in Austin to live. Solid, condo spec construction leads to a quiet environment even with children. The location is unbeatable with the trail steps outside your door, yet feels quiet because Toomey is a low traffic road. The star deck provides million dollar views of the Austin skyline. We have always had excellent experiences with the management team. For two years we lived in this complex and would gladly move back in the future.
About a year ago the empty nesters sold the house and moved into Coldwater. It was the 4th place we visited and by far the best. The managers and maintenance have responded to our every need. The roof top patio is worth the price of admission and there is no way you could get any closer to everything ATX. I strongly urge you to check this place out and fully understand that the greater demand may increase my rent, but this place really is worth it.
