Savannah Midtown is an excellent and elegant apartment community. Everyone in the Leasing office is so helpful in getting your issue resolved. I want to mention Sam, Camoih, Leah for their great hospitability and for making me feel like a home away from home. The team goes above and beyond and works hard to make the residents happy. Everything is just perfect. Cleanliness 5/5 Management 5/5 Onboarding Experience 5/5 Location 5/5 The only thing that needs a little bit of improvement is the package room, as it is challenging to find a package there, but the leasing team is always there to help. Kudos to the fantastic Savannah Midtown Team!!!

New apartment (nice on the inside) with thinnish walls. Not quite midtown IMO and not a safe area to walk.
Great pricing for such a nice apartment, and complex located in Midtown. The Grounds are well kept and peaceful. The rooftop sky deck is absolutely amazing, and the views of the skyline are even more amazing. The gym is located on the sky deck as well providing beautiful views while working out. So far, I've really enjoyed my time at Savannah Midtown! My maintenance requests have been handled within 24 hours, the community is quiet, and I feel safe here. Moving to Atlanta I was so scared , but moving into this safe area I see what the hype was about. It can be a little wild with the college kids, but it's nice to see them all enjoying themselves . The staff all together is perfect, truly amazing crew. My friend Keith and all the other amazing maintenance staff workers ( don't remember the name, but they are all equal). The front staff is always doing the most to keep everything together. Leah and Melissa holds the community down so well. Its always nice chatting and just hanging in the front office. Wouldn't be the same without everyone. Thank You for sharing your home. Cons: Package room, pool , people not picking up their dog messes. Things will get better soon. Gotta stick together! Edit Tuesday, February 2nd I may not be living there , but my heart will always remember those I’ve met there. I pray that everyone is doing well and is staying safe!
