Moved here in February before the whole lockdown stuff happened. I did everything online since I was moving from out of state. I was assisted by Jamie in the Leasing office and had a great experience. I wanted a 1st floor apartment and a few options were presented to me with great transparency, once I decided we went for that and submitted an application. After being approved Jamie actually reached out to inform me of another 1st floor unit was available with everything I wanted and she even went to the apartment and sent me photos which was amazing and I immediately grabbed it! **Disclaimer** My unit is updated as well as all brand new appliances. It's now November and I'm still very happy with my choice of Apartments. The area is great and super convenient, the Lake and walking trails are definitely added bonuses. Any Maintenance issues I've had were quickly taken care of. My immediate neighbors are all pretty chill, active people so I'm good with that! Overall a great experience, hoping to buy a house when my lease is up. I don't really do reviews but since this is my first apartment in a new state I figured if my experience can help someone else looking then why not. Best wishes, Stay Safe.

***SERENA SHORES NEEDS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR FRAUD!!! DO NOT DEAL OR MOVE INTO THIS PLACE!!!*** I was informed to put in an application on the website. The fees were 45 for the application and 150 credit towards the apartment if approved. I placed my application on a Thursday and on Saturday before we were even approved I checked out the apartment complex with my fiancee. We went into the leasing office and Chuck showed us the apartment. We didn't like it because the apartment complex looked run down and the apartment was old and nothing was updated. We told Chuck we were not interested. We'll, today we find out that they won't refund our deposit because supposed we held the apartment which was a lie because we were never approved. I will be filing a complaint with the district attorneys office as well as the BBB.

My husband and I live here and we love it so much. Very quite complex with a great staff and great amenities. We walk around the lake every night!!

Don’t trust what you see. Entry without permission is biggest problem in my opinion.
