So far so good! I became a resident 2020. Tamar Green has made this such an easy process with her effective communication. We worked great together! I love how everything is nearby, it’s Atlanta so be aware of your surroundings but overall I’m loving this.

I have been here for 2 1/2 years now and I could not say enough about how much I love it. The Management TEAM is and has been the BEST IN CLASS since I have been here. I recently thought that I might loose my job due to the Corona Virus so I called to discuss my options and the staff was well prepared to answer my questions and offer solutions that truly eased my concerns. Thank GOD, I have not lost my job so far and I have been able to pay my Rent but it's nice to know there's a plan if I need it. Whenever I put in a Maintenance called I get quick responses and the work/repair is done quickly and professionally. The trash rooms are cleaned and smell of Bleach; all the doors leading to that area are open that can be secured so I/we don't have have to touch knobs. I/we receive updates, memos, letters of communication from the Management Office all the time to keep the community well informed. I especially like the Website/Resident Portal for updates and easy to pay your rent on line! I also like Live Security at the Gate as well as the patrols of each deck....you get the picture, I Love It!
Auburn Glenn has been nothing but GOOD to me‼️ I love it here.... the staff is awesome, always helpful and friendly. Any questions I have always get answered and or taken care of. Thanks guys you are truly appreciated‼️️
Rude security. Treat residents like prisoners. We cant have a short conversation with neighbors around the complex. But they allow homeless people to camp out all around.
I’ve been here over 2yrs & I absolutely love it. It’s the heart of the city which makes it even better yet along the staff is so kind, considering and helpful as much as possible as soon as they can be. All places/areas have their flaws environmental but you can’t blame the staff/property management esp when 9x out of 10 a lot of issues be cause of our own residents/community\u200d️. Overall I love my home, I feel safe there, I love the area and the staff makes it even better. Thank You Auburn Glenn Staff for all that you do, if nobody else do “I Really Appreciate Y’all”!!!
