Attempted to book a service under the BMW Service Pack - at the time of purchasing the car, I was not made aware that there were any mileage caps only that it would expire on a specific date. At the time I tried to book the car in, I was the made aware of this and they have refused to book it under part of the service pack as the mileage had exceeded the cap by 30 miles. Reading the some of the reviews and their generic replies, it looks as though I've dodged a bullet. Edit: In response to the reply, the requested details and advice had already been provided by Matt, which would have been known if you had looked into the issue as a Customer Service Advisor should before commenting. It is also interesting to see that both yourselves and BMW UK point the finger at each other when it comes to complaints and queries such as this.

To say I wasn't the easiest customer is an understatement! After having to change the dates of my service, due to work twice Simon never faltered with his help and customer service. Even going as far as being able to leave my car overnight, again due to me being dragged away for work. The communication and help was top notch!!

Bought a 2600 mile M135i- great experience to start off with (apart from manager offering me 500 discount and then not after I took finance with another lender as couldn't justify paying 11.9% interest). Once I collected the car it took 3 weeks for my money to come back that i was owed and a loud sudden banging noise started. After inspecting the car I found one of the mechanics screwdrivers wedged underneath the car and has caused damage. My sales person called and said he will look into and get back to me. Still waiting....

Brought My M4 in for a diagnostic last Wednesday as the oxygen sensor is not working, they keep the car overnight. I bring the car home, only to find they have damaged my drivers side front wheel. I rang them Friday, promised a phone call back - no one got back to me, Phoned Saturday - No one got back to me, Rang Monday and finally somebody got back to me and was asked to go and See him today. I show then the damage on the wheel and tyre and its a definite no from these guys, without a proper investigation. As you can imagine i was not happy I received a call after emailing my complaint Will, who sent this to the customer service manage who has agreed as a measure of good will to repair the damage. I am not bothered about them accepting liability, i am more than happy for this to be good will. I must say, they have redeemed themselves, as earlier this was a one star review. The measure of any good company is how they look after customers. Although the start was poor, the outcome was excellent and have to say a well done to the team.
