I wanted to convert my BMW from an EU model to UK specs for MOT and DVLA registration. I also needed to fix a blower motor and regulator for the AC. The garage kept the car for 4 days and charged me 200 for a \diagnostic\. After 4 days, I was told that I should not bother with the conversion, as the entire instrument cluster will need to be changed and my perfectly UK road legal headlights will also need to be replaced! I was also quoted \several thousands of pounds\ to change the instrument cluster, but the actual catalogue price is approx. 960. I was also quoted 700 (not including labour) to replace the blower motor and regulator. I googled UK laws (VSA) (2 mins) and found that the headlights ARE road legal flat beam (factory fitted) - BMW Sytner were incorrect. The instrument cluster does not need replacing, i installed an OEM UK spec MPH speed dial for next to nothing and i fixed the blower motor and regulator myself - with guaranteed quality and workmanship. My savings amounted to approx. 6000 through a few minutes of research - something which BMW Sytner could not do over 4 days. It is simply unacceptable that a client is more aware of basic equipment laws, information about BMW engineering techniques, and have a better understanding about catalogue prices for your own products. Your staff were unwilling to offer any form of help or understanding. They were eager to take money, cause further problems and simply upsell (aggressively). I have already raised this issue with staff and the feedback was minimal. So i am not expecting anything. However, i do hope this information is useful for other people looking for similar solutions. Just to mention, my car has passed the UK MOT today. I will not be visiting BMW Sytner Maidenhead again.

The service was impressive, Imran kept me regularly up to date with progress, suggested completing the service while in for a warranty repair to avoid booking in again next month and also offered to assist with my loan vehicle via BMW assist if I needed. Additionally the video update while on the ramp was appreciated. Thanks for the swift assistance.

I purchased my BMW M4 from Sytner Maidenhead in 2018. Whilst driving a warning displayed on the screen, I immediately contacted BMW to book in for a check under warranty. I called and spoke to book my car in at the earliest convience. Once booked in I received a confirmation call from 'Imran' who was very thorough in his assessment. On the day of the booking I received excellent customer service from Imran and a update every couple of hours, this gave me reassurance that my pride and joy is being looked after. An excellent experience with BMW and especially Imran, keep up the good work

Bought a petrol hybrid i8 advertised as 34 mile battery range and getting 10/11 miles fully charged. It is not the model/spec that was advertised (advertised as the LCI model with larger fuel tank/battery range). I collected the car and the dealership had not charged the battery so zero charge and no idea about the range issue upon collection. No response to emails or calls from the sales manager (A) or the salesman (M) over a period of three weeks despite rejecting the car under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 well within the time limit. Seriously frustrating to deal with these guys. Avoid if you can.

I only popped in for some recall work which means the work was done for free. But they made me feel very important and even valeted my car! As a ford loyal enthusiast this has drawn me in to the dealership and to the brand. Can not recommend them enough. Coffee was great too and the chat about the sporty bmws was even better. Thank you.
