We have been so happy from the start to the finish of the purchase of our BMW, with the price, service and attention from Shane and Shaun. We live in Sydney so we did a lot by phone and by emails. The car had to arrive from overseas and we were kept informed all the time till it came. COVID made it hard for delivery so they even flew us up there to pick up the car. Shaun was so nice and great at explaining everything. The actual dealership was spotless and the car was immaculate. Shaun said he had even checked it again before picking us up at the airport. I don’t often buy things online let alone a new BMW X3 however with a new born and living close to 6 hours away (Wollongong) Car shopping was not high on my agenda so I thought id give it a go and look at one on line. I Can advise that the whole experience was exceptional and the customer service I received from Shaun Ferguson from Pre to Post sale has been nothing but 5 star white glove service. Shaun is very professional, friendly and efficient and a all round good bloke who went the extra mile to earn my business, answered all my questions, made me feel comfortable, gave me a great deal and organised delivery of my car to my door and kept me up to date all the way. **Note Shaun also offered in his own time after hours to drive my new car to me on a Saturday and hand delivery it... now thats what customer service is all about. In business communication with your customers/clients is key and Shaun kept me up to date on progress whether it was day, night, weekend and I can say if you're looking at buying your next BMW I highly recommend McGuigan BMW they are focused on achieving the best outcome for you. Definitely do not hesitate to call this dealership before you make a purchase to see if they can help you, I Suggest ask for Shaun and tell him Big Bill Sent you!!!
