Called in to have mandatory safety recall work carried out. Made to feel very welcome with lots of complimentary coffees on hand. They carried out a vehicle health check at the same time which was filmed and emailed to us and all the work was carried out by mid day. All in all, very nice premises, great team of staff and some gorgeous top spec cars on view to drool over!

I recently purchased a immaculately presented Range Rover sport from BMW Sytner Cardiff in part exchange for my cherished BMW i8. They offered me a very reasonable price for my i8 which I was more than happy with. The BMW i8 is an amazing car but due to a new arrival we had to opt for something more practical. The entire customer journey was conducted in a very professional and courteous manner despite the current restrictions around the pandemic. Dale McKenzie and Imran Ahmed made me feel safe during my customer journey and my experience nothing short of exceptional. It’s because of people like this that I will be coming back as a repeat customer. I’ve purchased Aston Martin’s and Porsche’s in my time but I can honestly say these guys made me feel special and valued.

He comfortably gave me time and space to decide but most importantly he has never been pushy. Mathew Boyce, from finance, guided me through the PCP figures and took time to genuinely listened to my needs in order to get me the best deal possible. Every single step of the process was clear and simple to my eyes thanks to them. Fairly competitive prices and APR rates for used cars. Felt extremely looked after and never rushed to my decision.
