The body shop had my pant down! 408 to refurbish my wheels originally though it was going to be stripped and powder coated as agreed but no it was smart repaired face painted which was badly done. I could have took it elsewhere for less but thought I'd let them take the job on while they was doing warranty work on my tailgate. Very very disappointed how they felt it was acceptable to send it out of bodyshop Everyone who seen the wheels stated BMW had my pant down the exact words. I will not remove the review to give BMW a reminder not to treat their customers like that regardless how old the car. BMW UK is made aware and I expect my money back in full including compensation. Although they did a good job on my tailgate which is why they having one star off me.

Excellent customer service experience and communication from the sales staff even with covid causing multiple issues. Excellent car and an easy buying experience from reserving online to collection at the dealership. Car was absolutely perfect and is everything I wanted. Would reccomend for anything BMW related.
