Purchased a used Porsche from this location (something other than a BMW). At all times the contact was fast, professional and welcoming - invited straight up for inspection and test drive with no pressure to buy. Car turned out to be near on perfect and a good deal was made - Sytner group also allow me to use the local Porsche garage for any warranty work (if required). Jeremy and the team made the whole experience of purchasing a second hand vehicle as good as if not better than my previous experience of purchasing brand new at other dealerships. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Ultimately a very disappointing, frustrating and costly waste of 8 months. I’d ordered a new X5 in Feb 2020 to a very high spec. Deposit paid and I accepted the quoted 6 month waiting time. In the meantime I had to bite the bullet on a short term lease car which was costing me 750 a month (BMW were aware of this). A very long story cut short and almost a year later I was told my car had arrived in Dec but it had been built with the wrong specification. I was speechless and infuriated. More so because of course they hadn’t forgot to charge me for the spec I’d asked for. This was not a production error it was High Wycombe who had not followed the correct procedure. The guys did their best to keep my business but I just couldn’t accept the car I felt would be substandard. My expectations and excitement was drained away. The level of incompetence to get something like this wrong is beyond me. ***11.02.21 - Update to BMW feedback*** There were numerous problems along the way including mistakes with the finance package and with business interest rates v personal interest rates. Not just the “one human error” on spec and build. This was just the nail in the coffin as the car would not have looked how I wanted it to. Equally it had nothing to do with the lead times and delays which were all accepted and appreciated given the model and covid etc. Numerous lapses in service and client care.
