Had an amazing experience buying my first BMW from here, Scott - the finance guy - amazing with getting you good loans and Spencer the sales exec - he was amazing with helping me with add ons that suit my needs as i do a lot of long road trips. From the point of ordering the vehicle and financing it, it was awesome experience. One main thing they don’t force you to make a decision but give you all the facts and figures and pros and cons and let you choose at tour comfort, which makes it highly satisfying when you take the car out as you know you have analyzed it thoroughly before buying one.

Convert, for sure. I spent a lot of money at \other\ dealers and bought many BMW's from those... until I had an EXTREMELY AWESOME experience with Shane and a CPO X5 at Knauz. Drove 2.5 hours to get this beauty and the process exceeded my expectations. Incredibly friendly, super easy and actually cared about me as a customer ()... You don't find that in this day and age, but will be returning for a 550 in the near future. As an added bonus, get to drive a new car 2.5 hours home! A win-win!

Pedro and the team were wonderful. This was the best shopping and buying experience I’ve ever had. If you are looking for a BMW don’t go anywhere else. The whole team is very helpful, not pushy and is willing to help. No other dealership can compare to the level of service and ability to be competitive in price as Knauz. The dealership is about an hour away from me as I live in the city but the drive is worth it. I passed three BMW dealers on my way and it was because none of them offered the price, and service I was looking for. I can’t say enough good things about my experience.

I had a great experience! I took my car in for services and everyone there was really helpful and nice. I did have to wait some time but that is of course expected. Once my car was returned to me it was super clean. I will certainly continue bringing my car to this dealership.
