Maintenance keeps coming into our apartment without permission or notifying us. Literally change your locks. They send out these flyers when they'll be coming in, perfect. But maintenance just uses their keys to walk right in without notifying us. Literally in a pandemic and these people just walk in, what if they're sick or the tenant is sick. Smh its wrong for them to do this.
First Off they never answer the phone! They say they are busy but I can see why Paulina gets off topic and starts talking to tenants about her personal life !! Less talking more working ! Am surprised she hasn’t been fired she answers her phone while working with tenants very very unprofessional! Tries to make you feel less girl am a bigger person am just going to walk away.. don’t waste your time on looking into these apartments be aware !!!!
I give this place a 1 this summer because we were told that the pool would open on April 10th and we waited and waited and then received a note on our door saying it's closed and if anyone swims in it they will be fined. I then look at other apartments and all there pools are open. This is Arizona and these apartments are full of ppl that love to swim especially kids. The Phoenix pools are shut so we were kind of depending on these pools but now the summer is gonna be over and we haven'ts swimmed at all.
I've lived here for nearly 7 years and I've seen all types of staff come and go, but the staff we have now are extremely rude, they spend more time talking about them selves than trying to answer a call. They care more about getting the payments of the rent on time than actually wanting to help the tenants. I've never bothered anybody or gave a complaint about a neighbor and they still treat me like I'm just a number on they're computer screen. Overall I think the staff should be more understanding and helpful.
