My new apartment search took less than a week, thanks to the wonderful help of Luz Ventura, a Leasing Consultant at Lakes at Pembroke. She was so helpful and quick and I now have the keys to an incredible apartment. The video demo does my unit no justice! My place is bigger and more beautiful than I anticipated. I didn't even know it had a balcony - what a surprise. :-D Thanks so much Luz and the team for all of your help. Cheers! Ricardo

Going into my second year. Expensive rent, to have a tub epaired\ for the third time above my bathroom. This is what my moldy repair looks like now with water still dripping.
I lived here for four years and would recommend this place to friends and family. I thought the staff was the best thing about living here they always treated me with respect and were very help to me I will always be grateful to them. Thank you staff
They apparently had an issue with their ID scanner and weren't satisfied with a driver's license, student ID, or anything else to let me even see a unit. Then had the audacity to ask me to come back with even more ID to just tour. If you want to tour, bring a photo ID, a blood sample, and a former boss or pastor who is willing to sign a notarized letter stating it's okay for you to walk around the place.
I was lucky enough to have found Lakes At Pembroke 2 years ago! Luz was the leasing consultant that took care of my family and i since we walked in. She is highly knowledgeable and accommodating to all of our needs. From their wonderful leasing staff, caring maintenance team and the welcoming community are all reasons why i feel happy and safe to live here. It's hard to find apartment complexes that keep everything clean and trimmed but that isn't the case here at all, they have a landscaping team that comes by weekly. If you're wondering about the actual apartments them selves, they're very spacious, have new appliances and beautiful balconies. You will also be very pleased with all of the amenities you have here as well :) Thank you Lakes At Pembroke!
