WATZ UP am Ron, Tam the agency that I work for sent me there for a week to punch some rooms. Frank and Gerard are the 2 coolest guys I have ever met the last property I went to everybody had attitudes like they didn't want me there but not here I wish I knew the rest of the guys names they all made me felt comfortable. I am a current resident whom is going on my second year here in the community. I have referred my sister and my mom referred me. I have recently referred my cousin to the apartments whom seem to be having a difficult time leasing When I first moved here Naomi helped me with my lease which she was absolutely wonderful. Now Ms. Naiomi is not in the office which is why I dread going into the office due to the unprofessional staff. I do believe that the office needs a revamp of people that want to help others and want to be at work. Unfortunately when there are bad apples it gives the office a bad taste. Then they are charging people 200 for trash when the compactor is always overflowed. Corporate needs to visit the office to see how tenants are treated and future residents. Actually of course they will be on there best behavior. It will be best to speak to residents and get a better feel of how the community feels about the office. I do love my apartment but its so unsettling to deal with rude people. Mrs.Christie
Great Experience when walking into the leasing office. The staff is professional and extremely helpful! The property is clean, gates and affordable! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Also conveniently located for students and near the expressway for quick access to everything! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I was considering moving to Heritage b/c of the location and it looks so nice when driving by. But considering the reviews left by the tenants i will admit that i am a bit afraid to move in. I will keep the apartments in mind and hope the review of this complex get better by the time i am prepared to move in a few months.
I visited the property and I was happy with what I saw. The staff was professional and very helpful. The property manager Ms. Hilton made me feel welcomed. I am actually considering moving out here. Love it. Thanks.
