People think parking lot is a racetrack. Not kid friendly. Nothing for a kid to do. They charge for “clubhouse” fee for upgrades to the place but haven’t really seen any. A playground would be nice. There is drug use on the property. The tenant below me smoked weed and cigarettes in his apartment and the smoke came up through a hole that was cut in the utility closet. Made my entire apartment smell like an ashtray. Informed property manager and she did absolutely nothing. Maintenance was on top of things.

New resident absolutely love the complex so far. Management so nice, everything is done online and the security gate the icing on the cake. My apartment was updated well and I have no complaints. Only thing is being since the outside is open you do see insects. I brought a bug trapper bulb for my patio and a bug repellent candle for inside my home.
I have lived at Fairway Hills for about a year now. First off I’ll start by saying that NOTHING in life is perfect.! When I first moved in it was Jan of 2017 and it would be EXTREMELY COLD in my bedroom window. These buildings are older. So believe me when I say I was down in the management office almost everyday, complaining and trying to understand why this was occurring. The manager of this establishment was very understanding in this matter. Having just moved in, I was worried about my having issues so early on., but since I was not happy, Liz and her staff assured me that no matter what had to be done., they would fix it. So that my family and I could be happy at our new home. It took a lot of troubleshooting, but they took care of it! Since then , I’ve had no encounters that would not be attended to immediately. I feel truly satisfied and content in my living environment. They really do go above and beyond to make their tenants comfortable! Since I’ve moved here so many new additions to this establishment have made it AMAZING!! So for the price I pay in rent and the attention to detail provided by management , I am extremely happy.! Wouldn’t live anywhere else . I would also advise any one else who resides here, that if they do have an issue or just something they are in need of, all they have to do is COMMUNICATE with them. NOTHING in life can be done without COMMUNICATION.
