935M is an absolute gem located in the heart of west midtown. This is my third year as a resident and I have enjoyed my stay thus far. Honestly I’ve never had any issues with any of the staff. Ms. Veronica is always at the front desk with a huge smile and great conversation. She has a mom type vibe, and I love it. Plus, everyone else has been great as well, even the new staff members have been helpful and kind. As for my apartment unit, the floor to ceiling glass windows is always a breathtaking experience, especially when I’m coming home to a sunset view. Seriously, the sunsets never get old. The noise is minimal, I believe it’s concrete between each wall because I never hear my neighbors. The most you will hear is someone’s front door slamming because the doors are super heavy. As for the communal areas, everything was updated as of last year, new apple computers, TVs, pool table, etc. Also if you enjoy cycling through the city, WE HAVE A BIKE ROOM TO STORE YOUR BIKE. SUPER PLUS PLUS. All in all, this has been a great place to call home.

I recently moved into this apartment complex and it has been such an easy leasing experience. I previously lived at the Standard, and it is a drastically different experience in the best ways! Management has been super friendly and helpful from the leasing process to any and all hiccups that have happened along the way with move in. It truly feels like they care about their tenants here. Maintenance requests are also completed very quickly and my apartment is perfect. Desarae' in particular has been SO helpful and kind - she’s awesome. I recommend speaking with her if you are thinking about leasing here!

Potential Resident Experience Review I was scheduled to visit M-Street across the street when I decided to call 935 to inquire into availability. I was met by the most pleasant, charismatic and informative agent I had come across to date in my expansive apartment hunt...Ms. Veronica. Veronica took the time to not only answer each of my questions but politely invited me to come by to view their unit following my scheduled appointment. I did so and found the 6th floor unit, with floor-to-ceiling windows to be well appointed and very attractive. The sides of the hallways could have used a sweeping but with the open air hallways, that was understandable. I also would have appreciated upgraded appliance styles even though the appointments inside the unit are appropriate given the community location and in comparison to like units in the area. The elevators and other areas of the building were clean and seemed in good working condition, as was the workout equipment in the fitness center. Overall, I had a pleasant experience, extenuated by the welcoming demeanor of Ms. Veronica, who I viewed as an asset to the community as I could visualize dealing with her and the staff as a content resident.

I lived here for just above an year, the reception staff is extremely pretentious. They are always trying to oversell and overcharge you, here are few examples -- 1. When you get an apartment they give you a fob which is taped to hold together, when the tape wears out and you try to replace the fob they ask you for 25 for the broken fob. 2. They slowly go on increasing the prices for garbage collection without any change in service hours or days. 3. When you go at the reception they talk you down, doesn't give a flying eff about your problems and try to outsmart you instead of having a decent conversation. I really think they need to put their leasing office folks via a more rigorous and professional training program. 4. The first time I talked to Veronica (the lady who sits on the left side of the table), she kept me waiting for 15 minutes while talking about her personal problems over the landline to someone, when I tried to interrupt she tried to explain me that my manners were unjust. 5. The apartments have cement floors and such thin walls that you can hear all sorts of unwanted noises from your neighbors. 6. Oh by the way, did I tell you they give you expensive gifts if you write them good reviews? :) Maybe now you know why the reviews do not reflect the living conditions here. 7. The back elevator always smell of weed and dog piss. Hope this helps!
