Filthy, smelly apartment with substandard staff. I could hear everything the other occupants did through the paper thin walls, even when they were in the bathroom. Poorly managed complex with a staff that only have a strong sense of being deficient in communicating with residents. Good luck seeing the security deposit again or receiving the required notice/itemized list to why they kept it, and there’s no chance they will seriously address mould concerns or maintenance requests while the apartment is occupied. Overpriced for the headache living here with the black mold will cause you. Avoid this dump!

Mice is the major issue. We found 9 mices in our apartment, still they don't let us to vacate the apartment until lease ends, we face that issue for 6 months. So be careful when you signing the lease.

Not only are the apartments nice but the staff, especially Bryanna are warm and helpful in any way they can be. If your looking for a place to call home in the Sterling, Va area I beg you to try Chase Heritage Apartments. Thanks for your patience during a tough time for me but you guys professionalism shined through!
