I really liked this property when I took a tour on Friday. The young lady who showed me around and the young lady who helped her we’re both very nice however after leaving I realize that there were some questions that I did not ask or need a clarification on. I called all day after leaving at 11:30 on Friday and all day on Saturday, and I even called back on Monday. Every time I was put to a call center who forwarded my calls back to the residence and this pattern repeated constantly. I left two voicemails and I emailed the manager Shelly multiple times. I have still not received any replies to my emails from Shelly. On Tuesday of the following week I showed back up at the leasing center to have my questions answered. Shelley met with me and answered my questions and after leaving I sent her an email to clarify our meeting and to get things in writing. It has been 24 hours since my email was sent with absolutely no reply this morning I called the corporate office and they apologized and told me that this is a regular occurrence with all of their properties. That was their answer! So if anything I guess it makes my apartment search easier I can narrow things down and not look at any properties by Lincoln. It’s unfortunate because the property really is beautiful which is why I kept trying to get communication with any of the management team or office staff.

Leasing from Square One was so fast, and smooth. Ashely & Meagan provided excellent service. I am SO happy with my move. There is not one thing I do not like about my new home. I absolutely LOVE IT! The location is PERFECT for those that enjoy a walkable town. Everything you could possibly need is within walking distance. My dog loves the dog park and loves her walks around town.
Just moved in and so far everything is excellent. The apartment was in very good shape on moving in. The staff very helpful. The complex is quiet and I don’t hear any noise from the neighbors or the street. I just moved from another apartment complex about a mile away. The monthly rent here is 750 a month less for a comparably sized apartment and I actually like this apartment better than my higher priced former apartment. The neighborhood is great and walkable to lots of stuff. Love that Dunkin’ Donuts is a 45 second walk! Ignore the hater review. This place rocks.
Beautiful building and great roof top amenities! The management team and staff are so kind & helpful. I highly recommend living here.
