This apartment complex might be one of the best I’ve been to in Dallas. The amenities really caught my eye, especially the sky lounge/ club house. The view is one of the best an apartment complex could offer in my opinion. I also loved the inside of my friend’s apartment. The way the walk in shower was set up, was very European style. Finally the Leasing Agent Tori, that went out of her way to set up my friend’s WiFi was very helpful.

I am very happy living at Apex Design District apartments . The Staff goes over and above to help any way they can. The maintenance crew especially Gary are on top of their game and fix any small issue that comes up in your apartment. Building is always clean and very well up kept. Lot's of cool spots to go eat around this complex. Happy with my decision to live here. You cant beat the view from the rooftop.
I have been living here for a little over 3 years now and I love it. I’ve never had an security issues and whenever I have a maintenance issue they are out to fix it within 24 hours. I love the leasing agent Tori Forte she is always so hands on helpful in every way. She has helped me with any misplaced packages, rent checks, service issues, and etc. It’s very quiet and haven’t had any serious issues.
Great friendly staff who treats you like family. Tenants was quiet and respectful. Had my wedding reception there. Everyone was polite and efficient. It was way more than I could have ever expected. Will definitely be back.
Upon move out the company charged us for nail holes and other items we had fixed on our own. Front office told us exactly how to fix these items and we followed their instructions. This did not matter and they charged us anyway.
