Terrible apartment complex. I lived here for 3 years and the rent constantly went up every year with no added benefits to me. The community was not well-kept with the landscaping always a mess and the outdoor water drainage absolutely horrendous. Not only was my experience unpleasant, but upon leaving, Lincoln properties gave terrible assistance. I left at the end of my lease and always paid in full every month of my 3 year residency, including my last month of residence. However now, almost 9 months after leaving, I am having to deal with a debt being placed on my credit for an absurd amount of money that was NEVER due to this property. I am extremely dissatisfied with this cheaply put together apartment complex. They have issues ranging from 300 electric bills due to their old heating systems, to constant noise from above neighbors, and absolutely no updates to the quality of living. On top of all of this, a financial hardship was placed on me mid-pandemic for an amount that was never owed. I truly hope anyone reading this review steers completely clear of this place.

It is our second year with Perimeter31 and life's good! Compact Apartments, Minimalist yet important, well maintained amenities. Cherry on the cake is the support staff - very helpful and prompt. Overall, a big thumbs up!
The worst place to live. They do not fix anything at the moment. They are very expensive for what it worth too. Think 3 times before renting. I just took some moment to type this without explaining too much
Listen, I use to work for a very popular online advertiser for apartments. I know all of the horror stories whether resident or staff. Heard it all. Perimeter 31 is a true diamond in the rough. It starts with the staff. Libby and Heather are absolutely incredible. I mean...I've never mentioned an issue that I'm having and it not be resolved same day. Once COVID hit, they were quick to take necessary precautions and keep everyone up to date via email and postings in the elevators. As cheesy and it sounds, it's literally like talking to a friend every time I call the office and I mean that. I've had 3 maintenance requests and all have been handled same day and some within an hour of me requesting them. I really can't say enough about the whole staff, the grounds, and the apartments themselves. I'm thankful I chose Perimeter 31!
The main complaint I have about living here is the noise. The walls are so thin that when the upstairs neighbors walk across the floor it sounds as though they are stomping. It’s worse when they are jogging or running across the floor @ 1:00 in the morning. I’m tired of being disturbed in the middle of the night. I definitely will not be renewing my lease here.
