I’ve lived here for two years and have enjoyed my time here! The apartments are spacious and modern. During the pandemic they’ve had a cleaning crew come through once a week and deep clean the hallways (doors, walls, floors everything) which was nice. Overall it’s been a good experience here!

I moved in here last November and absolutely love everything about this apartment complex! The location is amazing - tons of restaurants within walking distance and Chastain Park just up the road. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, I haven’t had any big issues but the only maintenance request I’ve had so far was resolved the same day. I love the community portal and events the office is constantly running. Free yoga from time to time and lots of great amenities. My unit is just beautiful and neighbors are great too :) Highly recommend coming to take a tour!

We’ve lived here since October and couldn't recommend it enough! The units themselves are so new and spacious (love the extra tall ceilings). The location however is UNBEATABLE. Everything I could ever want is within walking distance- the grocery store, my gym, Starbucks, CVS, liquor store and tons of wonderful restaurants! All the residents are so friendly too and it’s the place to be if you have a dog- this is the most dogs I’ve seen at any apartment complex and is very dog friendly in general.

The Collection Apartments are modern, very good size and in general very beautiful. The maintenance crews are very prompt to address any maintenance issue and the upkeep of the building is excellent. The staff in the office are all very pleasant and are willing to help with any issues. I have to give a special thanks to Sarah Green who work in the office. Sarah I think heaven is missing an angel. Thank you for going above and beyond what would normally be expected in terms of providing assistance. If I am allowed one compliant it would be the noise in the area which is worse if you are on the front side of the building.
