From the initial telephone contact through to click & collect, Harold Wood provided exceptional service. Due to Covid guidelines the transaction was made over the phone, simplified by good communication, reassurance and care. I must admit I was extremely hesitant buying a car without seeing or driving it. Putting my in trust in any dealership when making such a large purchase is always challenging, and even more so with the current situation. Having said that the sales executive Richard Heathfield guided me through the process and delivered beyond expectation. The car is exactly what I wanted and more, with great service from Richard. I would not hesitate to recommend him and BMW Harold Wood.
