I love Dr. Lee ! She’s amazing. But the front desk people are just so rude and unwilling to help. They have the worst attitude I had to call my insurance and verify coverage just because the receptionist/ assistant Did not want to call!

I went to their clinic for a health clearance to study abroad through my university. I asked them to fill out a form and mail it to my school (it even stated the instructions on the paper) but the form was mailed back to me. It is alarming that they would sign off on a form without even reading everything stated on it, which I find to be very unprofessional and concerning of a health clinic. I e-mailed them to request the form to be sent, to no avail. I then called the office for assistance, and was asked to try e-mailing again!! However, I was given a different and WRONG e-mail by the front desk. How do you work at an establishment and not know your own contact information? Nevertheless, I e-mailed them four times to three different addresses in the hope that it would reach them, and they stated they did not receive anything. It was a huge hassle for a very simple task. I would not recommend coming here. I hate giving out negative reviews, but I felt inclined to warn people before coming here. Thanks for reading and best wishes finding a different clinic that will put your best interests in mind.

Don't come here please. The people at the front desk are RUDE. You have to wait 40 min even if you scheduled an appointment. The doctor saw me for a whole 2 minutes and just prescribed medication. Then when I went to get and "excuse slip," they said I could return to work in the SAME day, when I'm feeling like CRAP. WORST office ever. Please save yourself the hassle and the money.

Marqué 10 veces para una cita no tienen en la tarde solo en las mañanas, pedí un día de trabajo para poder ir a mi cita y un día antes a las 5 de la tarde me cancelaron la cita ... que les pasa cren que uno tiene todo el tiempo del mundo para hestar disponibles cuando ellos quieren .. muy pocos profesionales odio este lugar.
