I came here from Wichita falls TX, for immigration medical. I can tell they are super prompt with time, no long reception wait at all. They also very thorough. You are been informed of all the steps they are about to take and explained to you. The Doctor that attended was very attentive, he had a good rapport.

Denton Family Practice is outstanding. I recommend them highly. Jaime is the absolute best. She is kind caring and very thorough. She makes you feel very comfortable and at ease. She asks you a lot of questions so that she can diagnose what is wrong you. Rhonda is the best nurse ever. She is amazing. Wherever Jaime and Rhonda are is where I will go. I recommend this clinic and this staff to everyone I know.

Posting for my husband, his appointment was 8/3. You should be ashamed of yourselves for total lack of respect for my time. Your failure in regards to my appointment today was absolute. I arrived on time to a locked office door. I had to call your office number twice before someone opened the door. I was referred to by the wrong name twice. i was told that i didn't have an appointment even though i had a text message with the Dr's face on it assuring me that I did. I was told that I would be accommodated since it was tour mistake. Even though I was the only patient in the office, I sat there for 45 minutes. The Dr. took a meeting with vendors instead of seeing me. I found that to be beyond unprofessional and disrespectful. I was then asked by the completely overwhelmed and incompetent desk clerk if I wanted to reschedule my appointment. At that point I had had enough and left. Your failure today was total. I hope for your sake, that this was an isolated issue, but I highly doubt this level of incompetence is a freak occurrence, and most probably the norm in your poorly run office.
