Never even got to go in! My insurance changed my primary care provider to Trang Van in October as she was the only provider close to me that took my insurance. I called in the day I got my new card to set up an appointment to go in and meet my new pcp. They informed me that they were not accepting my insurance as of yet but would once the new year had started. So I was fine with it I could wait 3 month for a check up no big deal I'm pretty healthy. So here we are 4 days into the new year and I call to make an appointment wait 15 minutes on hold, only to find out they are no longer accepting my insurance because they \ have had trouble receiving payment from them\. They didn't even start taking my insurance until 3 days ago?!?! What sense is that. When I mentioned that I was told that they didn't start accepting my insurance until the 1st i was just brushed off. Something sketchy is going on here for sure. Now i have to call my insurance and find a new pcp so excited.... not.

Dr.Gupta is a great doctor shes very loving and caring when it comes to her patients. Shes very welcoming and treats you like family. she a motivator and easy to talk with.office staff is great and helpful. They return calls back within the same day and the office is clean and smells good.
I love it the staff and doctors here very kind and informative. The only DOWNSIDE is they take along time to attend patients even with appointments. I guess bc of the fact that they take walk-ins.. but they should prioritize appointments. Once I had to wait a good 35 minutes just to get a room. The receptionist, doctors and medical assistant here are Great! But timing really needs to be managed to get patients in and out. I’m getting really tired of spending hours here.
This doctors office I must say is second too none in South Florida from Dr.Neena Gupta. And her Assistant Vanessa Burns and the rest of the staff is off the charts awesome. Well respected Doctor in South Florida.
Love the atmosphere and doctor Gupta is awesome!!! My wife was referred to her and I ended up making her my primary doctor. Everyone that I’ve meet in the office was very polite. I ended up referring my coworkers to her office. Keep up the good work guys!!
