I love this office so far! Dr Ho is straight to the point how I like it but she is also available for questions and concerns. The front desk staff are exceptional and that’s the main reason for my 5 star review. They are friendly and very helpful with referrals and insurance inquiries. The office itself looks old. Don’t let that deter you.

Love being a patient here. I appreciate waiting in a private room as opposed to the waiting room. Normal wait times. Everyone from the nurses checking me in or out, to Dr Angel Ho, herself, provides professional yet personable and friendly service.

Metallica band members ruined my life

This clinic is not good. The doctors are terrible. They may only spend 5 mins with you and not even do an exam. It's impossible to talk to the doctor or get a script change after you've left. The front desk is so rude beyond belief. They will talk over people constantly and treat them terribly. They are incompetent and stupid. Every doctor here just prescribes z-pack for any illness you have. Come in with an infection, z-pack. I guess no other medication exists to them. They can't even do anything for patients once they've left. I got charged 80.00 for a 5 min appointment, no exam, and a script I can't even use. What an awful place.
