Need to say that David at the front desk is a piece of work, to say it nicely. He's very inept and many times just plain not nice and/or unprofessional. I'm not sure how he still works there but there comes a time where you need to recognize which workers negatively affect your business and he's a classic case for this. Front desk is the face of any business and you want the best representing you. He's definitely not it. Everyone else is great. I will say the doctors there are good as well, but during this pandemic, Dr. Choi seems to only wear a mask when requested to. That's a bit disconcerting to say the least, especially given the field and who he may come in contact with everyday. I've had many people that go to other practices/clinics tell me their medical staff have multiple PPE protection like masks, face shields/protective eye gear, gloves, etc., which most medical professionals are doing right now for obvious reasons. Overall, it's a decent small practice (and you get what you get with limitations of a small practice, ie, having to get any tests done elsewhere), but some things could be improved.

I must say that as a new patient. It was a wonderful experience! She is incredibly knowledgeable, explained everything very well! Incredible bedside manner and really cares. It’s a good experience to be able to have a conversation with your medical provider. Being able to talk things out definitely helps when it comes to medical care. Loved it!
