Front office can be clueless and rude. Claims aren’t correctly coded to billing guidelines.. told my insurance company they would fix a claim and now decided to take it back. (Helps me out actually because it’s been recorded) . Almost 900 for a covid test that my insurance will not cover because my in network provider has used a non provider laboratory. Literally screwing me over with a hefty bill. I now have to file a grievance with my insurance company. And then they can battle it out. Don’t recommend at ALL!

I can't say enough about Dr. Leavitt and his staff. I am always shocked to see any negative reviews about this practice. I have never waited longer than 5 minutes, in the 5 years I have been going there. I have seen 2 of the NPs as well. Both were very caring, compassionate and made sure to get to the bottom of my health concerns. Thank you to the front desk staff as well for always making me feel comfortable and welcomed. You are very much appreciated!

I wish I could give no stars. After a near death experience (literally) because Dr Leavitt accidentally called in blood pressure medicine 4x a day instead of an antihistamine I was supposed to get because the names are similar. And no call from him or sorry just we fixed it and called in the correct thing. I will never return nor let friends or family see this doctor.

NP Luke Canada is the only person I’ve seen there. I’ve never met the actual doctor. Regardless, I have nothing but the best to say about Luke. He listens, is attentive, and doesn’t make me feel rushed. Now, the ladies at the reception desk need some guidance. They aren’t the most welcoming ladies, and are quite rude.
