This management has been lacking as of late. Why do the pools look disgusting? Why not drain them, clean it thoroughly, and put new water into it? Is it wasteful? Yes, but it’s necessary. And why not give us a break on the rent if there no amenities to use and apartment is in bad shape? Waiving late fees is appreciated but we need more.
