Where do I start?! We first moved here in July of 2018 and Abbey Rowe immediately caught our attention because they were affordable, they were a gated community and because the complex was located in such a great spot with everything nearby. When you first meet Kathi and Raelynn they are the kindest and most professional ladies ever. They immediately welcomed us and made us feel at home! They made the leasing process such a breeze for us and got us moved in quickly to our apartment. They answered all of our questions and concerns as first time renters and went above and beyond honestly. I fully enjoyed our 2 1/2 years living at Abbey Rowe. Every Wednesday morning they have people who cut the grass, blow the leaves and maintain the property to look as nice as possible. They power washed the sidewalks and buildings not too long ago and quite frankly they seriously do care about the property and making it as enjoyable as possible to live there. If my packages get delivered to them because they are too big to fit in the mailbox, they happily hold them for me at the office and it’s always great to go pick them up and chat with Kathy and Raelyn. They are seriously the best. The maintenance crew as well is so prompt and I always saw them around the property working hard to keep the place in tip top shape. They always smiled and waved. It is also a very quiet and peaceful place. We never had any problems with any tenants, everyone is very respectful. Sadly we had to PCS recently and let me tell you if I could I would definitely go back! Our time here will not be forgotten. They set the bar extremely high and will definitely not disappoint if you are looking for somewhere to live. Thank you ladies and everyone at Abbey Rowe!!!

Abbey Rowe was home for me for the past 2 years. The staff Kathleen and Raylean were the icing on the cake. They provided such a welcoming spirit and made my life so much easier when it came to living situation. The maintenance staff was fantastic when it came to services never a long wait. I’ll tell you if you’re looking for a great place, people who are accommodating, caring, and has nothing but your best interest in mind. Look no further you’ve found it! Vote Abbey Rowe 2020 lol

Lived here for a year. This is a safe, clean, quiet complex. The staff was friendly and move out was a breeze. I left the unit in good condition and they didn't hit me with any bogus charges - honest and friendly management. Just be aware the units are a little older, so don't expect upgrades. Large bedrooms and large closets. The only bummer was the local mushroom farm... if the wind is blowing the wrong way, it can smell like manure... strongly. I left the area due to relocation, but I would have renewed if I stayed in Olympia. Overall, I recommend.

Abbey Rowe was HOME away from home !! I’d never forget this place , especially my Abbey Rowe family in the front office Ms.Kathy and Ms.Raylean !! They have been a blessing to my family and I ! So hands on with their guest and they love what the do !! Mr.Charles the maintenance man , is so hard working !! What a good guy and overall a good team !! Love, The Faison’s

This apartment community was a great place from the moment we had our walk through to the last day staying there! The two ladies that work in the office are just full of energy and outstanding customer service! When we would have issues with anything at our apt, the handymen where always there to take care of anything! They are wonderful as well, very friendly! From the pool, to the “park” they have in the back, I’ve always felt welcome. I highly recommend being part of this community to anyone looking to stay!
