super noisy neighborhood, a LOT late night parties (this is during covid), the room is actually pretty nice, but when you got neighbor party all the time and stomping around through out the night. It is a very hard place to live. management wont really help. The courtesy officer disappeared after one phone call. If you want to move in, and prefer a some what quiet place to live, be sure to check hows the people living around and above are like.

One of the few apartment communities that offer stand up showers. The bathroom in the one bedroom is huge. They have a free bike rack for residents, awesome rooftop lounge! Love the high ceilings, large will lit breezeways, resident fire pit is rad plus they have more then one eating table at the grill. Location is convenient, near Atlantic Station and across from a cool comedy club. The leasing staff is attentive, informative and was friendly on the tour!

Love my home at Radius! I’ve been here for almost 2 years since before it was renamed to Radius. DJ is the most accommodating, helping, and thorough leasing agent ever. He handles any issue or concern I may have with delicacy. Adam has been a outstanding and dependable Asst manager at this property. I’m lucky to have them both.

Just moved in this week and love my apartment. Daniel, Adam and DJ were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the entire leasing process. Great location— super close to shopping and groceries. Plus beautiful amenities and modern finishes in the kitchen and bathroom! Take a tour and check out the rooftop view :)

**After some negotiations, they finally fixed most of our problems. I guess you gotta keep fighting if you are dealing with a big corporate management. Adam is the only reason I am increasing my rating as he has been very professional and helpful lately with our apartment issues.** If you are looking at ratings, please ignore all reviews pre September 2019; as the good reviews no longer apply because of the management change. And please don't fall for sweet talks. The new management Radco has made our once cherished apartment uninhabitable. The new manager Rebekah is always looking for ways to shrug off responsibilities and commitments in the name of new management policies. Eg: We were provided with the refrigerator water filter replacements by previous management in a timely manner since we moved in; however recently the new mangement (Radco) replaced our filter with a faulty one. After we complained, they delayed replacing our filter by first saying the filter is fine and that the indicator is malfunctioning. When we insisted for a replacement as the water continued to taste heavy and constituted suspended particles, we were told that the higher management has decided that residents are responsible for water filters. My partner is now ill from having consumed that water for 22 days since we first placed a complaint. We have had several other problems with this new management. Our water bills are exorbitantly high (6x what it used to be) since they took over and their incompetent staff and maintenance crew have still not found out the reason why! They keep promising us that they would reimburse us for the additional charges once they fix the problem, but we know they are never going to reimburse as we know other residents who have faced the same. The apartment complex and the amenities are great otherwise. Hope the management gets changed soon.
