This place is great and the leasing manager Laurie is super helpful. She went over and beyond to give me an exact apartment as per my needs and also helped me when I was looking for another roommate. It was my first apartment when I moved to US from India and leasing department helped in every way possible. This place was perfect for me while going to school. The clean and friendly neighbourhood, close proximity to the campus and indian store, low rent, super quick maintenance was all that I needed while going to the school. I have twice called maintenance late into the night and never faced an issue. If not for job relocation, I would have stayed here longer. Highly recommend.

This complex is very peaceful and very clean. The leasing staff members, Laurie and Cathy are wonderful people and were there with helpful advice and support when I was in a situation while moving out. The maintenance is quick and Richard was very helpful in replacing my oven. Otherwise, it's extremely quiet and peaceful, and beautiful in a subtle, clean way. Plus can't beat the rent this close to ASU campus.
I AM IN LOVE with my new place. This is the perfect environment for anyone who loves to live in the city. There’s many things to do around here. For this being my first apartment it’s just so amazing. I have a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and my living room and bedroom are literally the same size!!! So much space you have here, wood floor finish throughout (don’t need to worry about carpet) and has a open floor plan. The staff! Laurie and Kathy are just the best. They made me feel right at home here. I was nervous about finding the right place for me to move and they rest assured made it convenient and comfortable for me here. I couldn’t be more thankful to you ladies! They made the onboarding process super easy and stress free. The apartments are well kept up! Inside and out. If you chose La Cresenta apartments to be your new home you will not be disappointed! I couldn’t be more comfortable and safe living here. Thank you guys!!
Just spoke with Cathy. She made the place sound amazing and was very cordial on the phone. Answered all of my questions very thoroughly and we found it just wouldn't work because I have a puppy. But her genuine kindness and willingness to answer any questions was refreshing in my search.
One of the highlights of our experience living here were Laurie and Kathy. They are amazing people and very helpful when needed. We always have a nice chat when we need to visit the office. Laurie and Kathy are very quick to answer to any maintenance issues. They send emails for any announcements/updates at the apartment. We have a one bedroom/bathroom apartment with a walk-in closet! Mainly wood floors and we have carpet in our bedroom (there’s some units with no carpet at all). Utilities are included which is a huge plus for AZ summers. I was worried there would be bug issues for living on the first floor, but we never had any issues - thank goodness. There are laundry rooms with multiple washers/dryers that are well kept. They have an app to use to pay for laundry if you don’t have change. There are two pools between both buildings. Location is walking distance to Four Peaks Brewery, Food City and other food places (Filiberto’s, Hungry Howie’s, Shawarma Paradise and El Paisano’s). Overall, La Cresenta is great and affordable. Definitely give them a shot if you’re looking for a new home!
