This community is absolutely beautiful and amazing. Caring and helpful staff. This place has multiple lakes and is surrounded by one of best places to eat and shop. Everything is pretty much inside 1 mile radius. I would recommend taking a tour of this community if u are planning to move. The only improvement I can think about is Gym but other than that everything is pretty cool about it.

Deposit would only be charged and applied towards first month's rent when application is approved. Application was approved. Deposit was charged. Application was denied. Now to get money back I have to take it up with \corporate\ There are grammar errors all over the place in emails and letters. Severely lacking attention to detail and professionalism.

I was sad to leave this place when I had to move out of state. The staff at this complex have been so easy to work with, from application to move-out. They've been nothing but friendly, helpful, attentive, and efficient. The apartment itself was spacious, easy to call home, and fairly priced. If I ever needed a maintenance request, orders were taken care of quickly and painlessly. I'm hoping my new place will be as nice as San Montego.

Management here is a joke. This place wouldn’t have a 3 star rating if it weren’t for these paid people that form the same opinion on how this place is run. Lyn in the office is exceptionally rude and aggressive towards the occupants. The staff is constantly down the throats of all the residents. Horrible pick I’d just go across to lake view nicer community and almost the exact same interior.

I’ve been living here for one week and I woke up this morning to the office staff tapping on my window with their cell phone camera pointed in my apartment looking for my girlfriends dog who does not live with me. I went outside and asked if I could help them and an older gentleman and older woman approached me very aggressively yelling about a dog in the apartment. I have never felt so threatened and unsafe in any place I have ever lived. Be weary of the multiple good reviews that are written in the same tone and reuse the same positive feedback
