I moved in to the property sight unseen. Seems unusual, but Jennifer and Theresa in the leasing office made the experience flawless. Been a smooth ride so far, highly recommend this place if you're looking.

Debating about renting this place when I saw the negative google reviews . I’m glad we rented Ashley Lakes . Great staff and management. Always very helpful. Definitely renting again next winter .

Avoid this place, DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! Hidden costs, make sure you cancel in WRITING 60 days before or they will automatically renew the contract, charge you a month’s rent at the same time you have already moved out. The apt. was infested with roaches, problems inside, AC was leaking, management doesn’t do anything, maintenance only patches things up but the problem reappears. There’s a trash pickup fee added to your rent but they don’t pick it up every week and the trash piles up. Horrible experience.

I felt like I was being extorted, low move in cost but once I gave notice to vacate they immediately trumped up charges even when I left the apt immaculate and only the slightest of normal wear and tear.. They charged me 600,00 for a whole new floor when there was simply a wrinkle where the sofa had been and not noticeable , my water bill had been 27.00 a month until I gave notice, for the last two months magically my water bill increased to almost 50.00 a month, there is no meter or gauge that tells you how much water you use, they pull this out of thin air as a punishment for not resigning and help defray the cost of their renovations and remodeling. They sent me to collections before even notifying me they were keeping my security and billing me extra for water and for a whole new vinyl floor. They tout this as luxury living and its anything but. NO security, people from other communities milling around the place, defacing property, they have vinyl flooring not tile, popcorn ceilings, black appliances not stainless steel, some type of wood spray on counter tops not granite.. the only thing luxury is the price and the gouging that takes place once they want to increase your rent by 153.00 a month to renew
