There are pros and cons. The pros are modern apartments (love the spacious bathrooms and wood-style flooring) and the staff. Maintenance is on top of any issues I’ve had and the office is extremely accommodating. Shoutout to Brook who is absolutely amazing. She is always pleasant and sincere...and she found my Amazon package...which leads me to the cons.. Amazon is not the best about leaving packages in the lockers so sometimes I’ve seen a pile of packages out in the open, pretty much free for grabs. The complex is also undergoing construction so in addition to the noise from that, the apartment walls and floors are super thin! I can hear the thuds when my neighbor walks, their cell when it rings, and if they’re having a “session”...I can smell it in my apartment. I’m looking into sound proofing material to help with the noise. If you have any suggestions, please let me know.

Honestly had higher expectations for this place. They stole parts of my truck and my muffler in broad daylight. The gate is just there for show they have no security here.

I had a great experience living here for a year. Maintenance requests were completed in a timely manner. Front desk staff was polite and professional during our application process. I highly recommend for anyone looking for an apartment near the SMU campus.

We applied and toured this place before signing the lease, needless to say this place does NOT fix anything in your apartment that’s “cosmetic” so you could totally be moving into a place that’s been messed up by the previous tenant. When you ask questions, you can very much tell 100% the leasing consultant isn’t being honest with you and give you a generic response. Not to mention that they take FOREVER to send you any documents you may need before moving in and you can never get a hold of them. They don’t give you back any fees if you don’t go through with the application, but what would you rather do? I don’t appreciate nasty looks, no responses, and becoming ancient while waiting for information that was promised to be sent out the next day. There’s reviews on here about the area being filled with animal waste? While it may 100% be the owners responsibility to pick it up it is ALSO up to management to hold them accountable. The apartments seemed great, this experience did not convince us. Even if we had already applied and been approved. Do better! Update to your response: No one is upset about losing the fees. I stated, “what would you do?” As in, we would rather have lost the money than live there with the experience we went through. Money can be earned back. I’m not complaining about losing it. We weren’t pleased with the experience from leasing staff and thank you for the time you took to respond to our review. Had it been a different experience we would have moved in. The place seemed nice and safe, but the best of luck to y’all! Thanks.
