The office stole money got fired and they replace her with someone even worse. I put in my 40 day notice and paid my rent on the 3rd like normal. The payment got block due to some code given which had nothing to do with my acct same acct for 2yrs. It said wrong acct they want me to call to see why with a company that they provide. I never paid one late fee ever since my stay here for 2yrs. They gave me 3 notice to vacate didn’t check with there company to see why and gave me no explanation. Now they are filing for eviction I will sue as soon as they do and that’s a promise not a threat.

I've been living here for about a year now. I feel safe and that's pretty important to me. Maintenance here could be a little bit faster on things I've lived places where they had my request for things needing repaired taken care of within the week that does not happen here it takes a bit longer to get things fixed I'm glad that my husband's a handyman. But for the amount of money we pay a month its fine. I had to downsize a little because each room is a little bit smaller but for now it's fine.

I just witnessed the Mexican Lady at the front office be very rude to a few teenaged black kids who weren’t bothering anyone coming to swim in the pool they were visiting someone in the apartments they made the kids get out and then told the woman they were visiting that she wasn’t even on the lease it was very unprofessional and racist if you ask my sister and I who was watching. While all of this was taken place we were conversing with a woman and her kids who were also playing in the pool she told us her and her kids didn’t even live here they used too but not anymore more but they left her and her kids unbothered. If that wasn’t racist I don’t know what is. And we will be moving soon. That woman was Very cruel to those kids
