I lived in these apartments for 10 yrs, it was a great place but the last 3 yrs I complained about parking so many times the bicycle shop always had their employees and customers taking the residence space the apartment manger never helped just said he would take care of it , also the seem to rent to who ever they want I lived below an anger stocker and again they never helped even when I filed a police report It’s a shame it was a great place to rent in the past .
Best place to live in an Apartment ( affordable, clean and Friendly) Apartment. If you Drive to Work or Take bus to NYC, this is a perfect place to live. The rental office person is very friendly and helpful. I think she is the best Rental office person I have every meet. This Complex is also great for the Family who have KIDS. There are multiple Restaurants outside the Complex. One of the Safest Apt. complex I know off. This complex is close to All major Highway (46, 80, 280, 287). If anyone looking for Apt. this will be the first in my recommendation List.
Very friendly office staff. They are always updating and as a plus there's a pool. Close to 46 and 280.
My nephew currently rents an apartment here (started renting @2 months ago) and when he complained regarding flea infestation the landlord did very little if anything to resolve the issue - now the landlord keeps going in and out of the apartment without notifying my nephew - lights are often found left on when he gets home. Renter beware - stay clear of this establishment. Shame on you Rutgers Village Apartments!
