I had the pleasure to meeting Sylvia from the leasing office yesterday afternoon. And even though it was a few minutes past business hours she welcomed my questions with a smile and patience. What a great representation she is for what someone can expect in a living experience there.

Great place! Sylvia, the manager was incredibly helpful getting us set up, telling us how to get internet and other services ready to go. Apartment is great and she was outstanding!!!! Cannot go wrong in this place. Close to parks, and in Gruene! Looking forward to Covid-less festivals in this wonderful town! Thanks Sylvia!!!!

The front office manager, Sylvia, is the most disrespectful person I’ve ever dealt with at a property. We moved out on oct 31 and I go to my rent account to find 427 in charges. I call her about this as I spoke to john upon move out that our 500 deposit would take care of our balance if we had one. I now call them and she’s stating our deposit was not 500 which I have the statements to prove that our deposit was 500. I will be contacting my lawyers.
