Five Star Charm in Charm City! This apartment complex has won my heart ️ as my home in Baltimore! The culture of its occupants has warmth, empathy, and respect. Quite easy to settle in and focus on the life that brings you here. There are serious academic scholars who enjoy the serene atmosphere, pet lovers whose lucky dogs enjoy the beautiful dog park, professional working people who love the location, and others who are at home in this inclusive, diverse, and multicultural environment. The staff are wonderful! The amazing Allegra, has a can do attitude which takes the stress out of moving. She had wonderful solutions for every stressful moving issue of mine. She greeted me with an authentic warm welcome and outshines the concierges at legendary hotels. The maintenance, valet, and housekeeping staff are also outstanding, polite, and professional. I moved in, sight unseen, from a thousand miles away, and everything has been exactly as promised. The building was built in 1911 and has gorgeous historic architectural details, such as exposed beams, 14 foot ceilings, little arched brick entryway to each apartment, brick accent wall and so much much more! The top notch security gives me tremendous peace of mind. Highest recommendation!

I absolutely love living here! Allegra is an excellent property manger! She is very accessible when you need her for any question or concern (I never really have them). Valet and staff are excellent as well. The community is quiet and friendly. Great place to live if you are considering!

I am a fourth-year medical student who spent one year at the Sail Cloth Factory while I was working at the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center. The location was extremely convenient for me as it allowed me to walk to work. Everything you need is right around the corner. I had a beautiful apartment with exposed wooden beams on the high ceilings and the kitchen decor was incredible. The windows are large and let in a huge amount of natural light - I hardly had to turn the lights on. I loved living here. There is a dog park downstairs that was perfect for my little pup. The best part of this apartment complex is Allegra, the building manager. She is in house M-F during regular business hours and if you need anything she is always willing to make a little time to see you. She is very responsive to e-mail. There were several times when I needed some help and she fixed the issue right away for me. My dryer was older and taking several hours to dry a load and she had it replaced for me within a week. The service here is top notch and you can't beat the location. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a cozy spot in downtown Baltimore!
It has been a wonderful experience living in Sail Cloth! Allegra is an exceptional property manager - she is punctual, responsive, and beyond helpful. Similarly, maintenance is quick to fix any issues. The sun deck is well maintained, clean, and an overall great spot. I love the floor to ceiling windows in my apartment
