My experience living here has been great! It will be a year in June that I have lived here and I am very happy to say that I am renewing my lease! I was having trouble justifying the rent increase to renew my lease and Petra was able to help me out as I am a tenant in good standing. I was elated as I would love to stay here and my daughter wanted to stay at her school. I love my apartment. I do not have any pest control issues aside from ants here and there. The maintenance guy is friendly and helpful. My neighbors like to gather in the common area which is fine by me because they always stop and go home at a respectable hour. I have never had any parking issues even though parking is open. They even try to put on nice events for the community especially during the holidays. I toured about 10 apartment complexes when I first moved to Lewisville and I kept coming back to this one for some reason, that is what compelled me to sign my lease and I am so happy I did. I pray I can stay here until I buy my first house.

Just wanted to say what a great manager and person Petra is. Not only while living there but also how she treated me 4 years after I have moved out. I recently had a package accidently sent there as a previous resident. She went above and beyond to help me retrieve it, which the contents are priceless to me. Thank you Petra and Vistas on the Park staff!
Do not every move here one of the worst places to ever live there is mold in my apartment and there was mold all in my friends apartment before she moved as well...plus there is constant roaches and you ask them to come and spray but they never show up to spay it doesn't matter how much you clean or anything they are everywhere and the office staff is so rude and you also can't do your laundry here because half the time there mechanics are broken or closed down i move out in about a month and I'm so ready to leave due to how bad this place is
Horrible place. Ran down, trashy, laundry rooms are so gross it’s unbelievable. For how much this place makes it’s just unacceptable. Rude staff, also uneducated on property management. Over half the laundry rooms don’t work, never cleaned. Disgusting. I don’t know how they’re getting away with this by LHD. Would not recommend anyone with small children to live here.
This is a GREAT place to live. The staff goes above and beyond to help their residents. Maintenance is FAST and they have the only pool that has a splash pad... YESSSS a splash pad. I recommend this place to everyone and anyone looking for an apartment.
