I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE This place is AWFUL. I had A.C problems twice this past couple of months. The first time I had to spend the whole weekend in the hot apartment until they fixed it because you can’t reach anyone of them during weekend. They have emergency maintenance line but no one picks up. The second time, it took them two weeks to fix it. Now, i have a power outage because the main breaker needs to be reset but, again, I cannot reach the maintenance and they are the only once who have access to this main breaker. I have to spend the night in the dark with no electricity and with no AC agin because of them.

January 11 2020 9:50am I was a lift driver dropping off a A tenant When we got in the apartment complex I had found out that I need a code to get out as well as in I called the front office to ask for the code to get out so I could resume business and was rudely treated by one of the staff members Who eventually used profanity towards me When all I was trying to do was leave the property and go about my business safe to say this place has No respect And a lack of civility I hope the person that I was on the phone with gets fired because they were so rude
New owners have upgraded the exterior completely and the apartments are being quickly upgraded and updated. All at a rent less than the neighbor's. That is why we rented here.
This complex has deteriorated so much since new management took over in June of 2019. The property manager Serena NEVER returns your phone calls, messages or emails. Maintenance came in to paint cabinets a month ago and removed all shelves as well. It took two weeks to get my shelving back and to this day, I still do not have the doors on the cupboards in my kitchen and both bathrooms. Now they claim they are raising the rent because they simple PAINTED cabinets. I have even reached out to the management company, Chasseur Realty Jackson, and have heard nothing. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!
