I would recommend that you be prepared to pay around 500 when you move out. I didn't hang anything on the walls or touch it and was in this building for only a year. They wanted to charge for the entire unit being painted. They also never answer the phone. Didn't give proper notice on multiple occasions when they were wanting to show the unit for renting to prospective tenants
I wish there was an option to give them zero stars. Worst property management in the city. They charged me 380 dollars for moving out fees, they were expecting the unit to be in the same condition when I moved in, which is utterly impossible, so they charged me to \paint\ the unit again even though the walls were in perfect condition. This type of maintenance should be covered by the corporation not by the tenants.
The staff there especially front desk and maintenance are nice. Issues we had during our stay: In the middle of COVID lockdown they removed the hand sanitizer machines for couple of weeks. They have security on-demand only, no stable security or after hour personnel. Although the rent included the usage of many amenities in the building, with the lockdown and the closure of those amenities, management didn’t offer to lower the rent or compensate the tenants. On the other hand, it’s kinda new building with great location.
Stay away from this building. It has the worst property management in town. They are rude, the units are overpriced considering how difficult is to get any maintenance done, it's always overheated because those thermostats don't work and don't do any temperature control. Worst living experience ever, I can't wait to move out.
