I visited family members in the Terrance Estates. The residents of the estate are very calm and easy going people. They are friendly and minding their businesses. The Estate has enough parking space for everyone and also space for visitor's parking space. The waste collection system is one of the best as everyone is responsible for their own waste disposal. All roads are well constructed. My host has some little problem with the kitchen zinc, in less than 20minutes of work, the management repair team shows up and get the trouble fixed. That's a good response

After getting married, my husband and I lived here for the first two years! Wonderful management, tidy buildings, and a pleasant community. We have just moved into a new home - but we love terrace estates and our experience there!

i had lived here 34 years ago with my husband we got married in our apartment at terrace estates and after all those years we wanted to come back. so we found the staff so friendly and very much accomadating to few of my needs but without calling all the time things got done immediatlely . so far my unit and apartments in the building very ... quiet and that is what i was looking for and that is what i got like i said so far this is very quiet and my neighbors are sweet and friendly. office girls so naturally nice and very friendly i love it here so far brings me back 34 years ago. the office manager very nice also
Terrace estates is great for 20 something year olds- in respect to the actual apartments. The apartments are great for temporary housing for working 20 year olds or college students who dont want to live in the dorm. However- the management office is terrible. I am a college student who lives in a one bedroom apartment. Above me is a family of around 6 or 7 people, including children and whatever other family members decide to live there that month- and across from me is a family of 5 - 2 adults, 3 children. These families are loud. Very loud. They allow their children to play in the hallways as if the apartment building is their house and the hallway is a playroom for their kids. The children scream and bang on the walls with basketballs and such, and they also play outside, which would be fine, except they kick in the door while they come in and out of the building and they scream and yell very loudly- theyre children so thats how kids act. Which would be fine except for the fact that they are a family living in an apartment complex, they have neighbors and need to be respectful of that. The parents do not care. They do not discipline their children or teach them to be respectful. The management does not do anything either. They will ask the parents to quite the kids down if they have the time to, but they will take no further action to make this place livable and comfortable for all its tenants.
