This is the place to go if you’re shopping for a hot tub! I couldn’t be happier with the service! They patiently worked with me and made sure I picked out the perfect tub. Delivery day went perfect! They installed the electrical box, delivered the hot tub, and filled it up with the appropriate chemicals. I was able to enjoy it right away! I would certainly use them again! And I’d recommend them to anyone I know!

We bought our hot tub from The Hot Tub Store and we have used them to keep our hot tub clean (no service needed yet). These guys are amazing! They are quick to respond, work with you in what you need (sales and service) and they are very personable! Shane cleans our hot tub and does a great job! Having a part time residence, it is great to be able to know we get AMAZING service even when we aren't around.

The Hot Tub Store just delivered and installed our new Hot Springs hot tub. We could not be any happier with the experience from start to finish. Sarah was super accommodating when setting up a personal appointment to shop for the tub. She was very knowledgeable and shared all of the ins and outs of the available tubs. John, the owner, then did a site visit and provided some great recommendations in preparing the site for delivery. It was obvious he took pride in his business and had high expectations of his employees. The team he brought with him (Mark, Shane, and Mitch) to deliver and install the tub were friendly and professional throughout the process. Mark was very knowledgeable and took care in the installation of the electrical service, and was happy to answer my questions about the \guts\ of the tub. Shane went above and beyond when he patiently walked us through the operation of the controls and how to regulate the tub chemicals (it is a salt water system). I would highly recommend purchasing your first or next tub from the folks at The Hot Tub Store. The pictures I have shared were immediately following installation, so please ignore my temporary steps.
