I appreciated the atmosphere at the store. We were greeted and left alone so we could browse which is my preference. Only when we had questions did Mercedes come over and help us with features and options on the units we were interested in. A great overall purchasing experience. I of course would have been much more appreciative if the delivery was not as prolonged but that appears to be the way things are for many products and not a reflection on the store of course.

Brandon was our salesperson Patrick assisted him and Freddy assisted us for our spa orientation for our hot tub. Great job guys!
