Northcoast Spa is definitely a place that you can trust for great spa choices, fair prices and incredible service. Hands down, Mick provides friendly, honest and professional service. We purchased a hot tub from Mick at least 9 years ago and use the tub regularly all year round. Recently, I had a small leak and Mick resolved the issue quickly. You need to do business with this local business, you won't regret it.

The staff is really helpful and friendly, and they have a variety of hot tubs in several sizes and prices ranges. They also have chemicals for pools and hot tubs as well

While a good salesperson/consultant is important, almost more important is good service. These folks stand behind their products, and even came out to do a service call during a blizzard. I would buy from them again for sure.

Had a great relationship with Mitch, worked on our hot tub for over a decade. Unfortunately we had a small leak, was told it was found and repaired. Paid 293.00 for the repair only to find out it was still leaking. Called, left messages, still leaking with no response. Seeking small claims to get my money back.
